Human Resources Coordinator –Home Health/Hospice

St Camillus Home Care and Hospice is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.  This position will be 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Requirements include Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Management or related field, being proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal skills.  Minimum 2+ years experience in Human Resources.

Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing applicants; making job offers; coordinating background checks, drug screens and physicals; conducting new hire orientations, maintaining files; supervising office staff; counseling employees in disciplinary issues, and creating reports and statistics.
